Your Data Protection Rights

If the laws of the operating entity or judicial jurisdiction where you are located do not prescribe such rights, we shall have the absolute discretion to determine whether to grant such rights to you.

Your rights in respect of your personal information are not absolute. Your request may be rejected in accordance with applicable laws under the following circumstances:

  • Granting access would adversely affect the privacy of others;

Upon receipt of a deletion request, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm with you once your personal information has been deleted. Account Deletion

Processing Details:

  • We will process your request within 7 business days of receiving your application and verifying your identity.
  • Important Notes: Once your account is deleted, we will permanently remove your personal profile and all associated data content. Please be advised that account deletion is irreversible, and all associated rights and interests cannot be recovered. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, certain system logs may be retained in an anonymized format for the minimum statutory period.
